I came in to the dealership after buying a used Yamaha pw50cc from an individual for my grandson. I wanted to have the bike gone through and prepped for him. While there I mentioned that I'd lost one of my sons in a motorcycle accident two weeks prior. All of the guys in the service department expressed their condolences. After that they went completely above and beyond to take care of my little dirt bike. It was by far the very best experience that I'd ever had dealing with a service department and I've dealt with many! They truly have the best group of guys in the service department then you'll find anywhere else! They have definitely made a customer for life of me. My friend and I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to come have our dirt bike tire worked on. From the moment we walked in, we received nothing but exceptional service. The second we started interacting with Brad, the service got even better. He was super busy with different things and multiple customers. Not once did he get irritated or lose his cool. I personally work in retail and it takes a lot to not get flustered. He thanked every single customer for their business and patience. As we were waiting for our tire to be ready, we made small talk. Come to find out, Brad has only been with this company for less than a month. I would have never known considering his knowledge, preofessionalism, and awesome personality.
